Dynamic Lifestyle likes to take on clients/patients that have been previously been put in the too hard basket.

For example, you might be wanting to lose body fat but having chronic fatigue or bad posture makes it difficult. Maybe you have a shoulder issue that gives you chronic pain and have spent thousands of dollars trying to fix it but the pain just won't disappear and painkillers just make it worse. (Just remember when using cortisone shot will mostly musk the pain or injury for up 6 months as it very rarely will fix the issue)

Tip

Chronic pain is often defined as any pain lasting more than 12 weeks. Whereas acute pain is a normal sensation that alerts us to possible injury, chronic pain is very different. Chronic pain persists—often for months or even longer.

 

I have so many examples of client/patients currently treating who have chronic pain and usually the source of the problem is different to where the problem is located. It's important to assess the whole body as one then break it down. Kanetica, Personal Training, and Massage are used together or separately because it's important to loosen the region softly in order to gain flexibility and mobility. If you have had back pain for 10 years it's not going to disappear in 5 sessions so every situation is different and the body is more than likely go through DOMS. (delayed onset muscle soreness) Its important though each session the pain should slowly decrease but at list 4 sessions is needed to start to see a result. 

Tip

Always find the source of the pain - not the area that has the pain.
