Festive Season Is Upon Us!

Would you like to keep the fat off and still have an awesome time during the festive season?

Also, these tips are to keep the same weight on without losing muscle and adding fat.

Also, don't forget to scroll down for a hangover shake!

Tips for the Festive Season!

1. If you know you're going out on a particular night then plan for it. For example, if going this Saturday night then visiting friends the next day for lunch be organized by eating healthy and drinking lots of water during the week and no sugar or high carbs with lots sleep.

2. Keep up the 8 hours of daily deep sleep and if needed 45 min cat nap during the day.

3. Regularly drink about 4 liters alkaline Kangen 8 of water to keep you hydrated as normal tap water is way two acidy for the immune system. Remember alcohol will also keep you dehydrated. Let me know if you desire more information.

4. Walk every day for a 45 to 60 min. Remember - to keep muscle compound walking is best. Remember - alcohol and heavy food stiffs the body and takes away mobility and decrees flexibility. Of course, this statement is not proven but people who know me as always being a step ahead of time.

5. When going out on Saturday night make sure you have 3 healthy meals and kept hydrated. I know I'm repeating myself here but the reason is the next day their is fasting is required so no food until midday. This is where you can have an energy drink and lots of kangen 8 water.

6. When weight training, push urself to about 7/10 in intensity the week after. When training further than this it could be overtraining as the body is exhausted.

7. Back to healthy eating.

Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions.
